Ingredients

  • 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon shoyu
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • Sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Slice cucumbers thin and place in a bowl.
  2. Mix vinegar, shoyu, sugar, and sesame oil.
  3. Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss.
  4. Rest 10 minutes.
  5. Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
