Ingredients
- 2 cucumbers, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon shoyu
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- Sesame seeds
Directions
- Slice cucumbers thin and place in a bowl.
- Mix vinegar, shoyu, sugar, and sesame oil.
- Pour dressing over cucumbers and toss.
- Rest 10 minutes.
- Sprinkle with sesame seeds before serving.
