Family Note
Do not boil after adding the miso. Keep it gentle.
Ingredients
- 4 cups dashi or water
- 3 tablespoons miso paste
- 1 cup cubed tofu
- 2 tablespoons dried wakame
- 2 green onions, sliced
Directions
- Warm dashi or water in a pot.
- Add tofu and wakame and heat gently.
- Scoop some warm broth into a bowl and dissolve miso paste.
- Stir dissolved miso back into the pot.
- Top with green onion and serve warm.
