Slice the meat thin so it cooks fast and stays soft.
Ingredients
- 1 pound thin sliced beef
- 1/4 cup shoyu
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 cup flour
- 3 eggs, beaten
- Oil for pan frying
Directions
- Marinate beef with shoyu, sugar, and garlic for at least 20 minutes.
- Lightly coat each slice in flour.
- Dip floured beef into beaten egg.
- Pan fry over medium heat until golden on both sides.
- Slice and serve with rice and dipping sauce.
