Ingredients

  • 1 pound thin sliced beef
  • 1/4 cup shoyu
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 cup flour
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • Oil for pan frying

Directions

  1. Marinate beef with shoyu, sugar, and garlic for at least 20 minutes.
  2. Lightly coat each slice in flour.
  3. Dip floured beef into beaten egg.
  4. Pan fry over medium heat until golden on both sides.
  5. Slice and serve with rice and dipping sauce.
