Family Note
Best when the rice is cold from the fridge. Add leftover meat if there is any.
Ingredients
- 3 cups cooked day-old rice
- 1 cup chopped kimchi
- 2 tablespoons kimchi juice
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 2 teaspoons shoyu
- 2 eggs
- Green onion and sesame seeds
Directions
- Warm sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
- Add kimchi and cook for 2 minutes.
- Stir in rice, kimchi juice, and shoyu until hot.
- Fry eggs in a separate pan.
- Serve rice with egg, green onion, and sesame seeds.
