Family Note

Best when the rice is cold from the fridge. Add leftover meat if there is any.

Ingredients

  • 3 cups cooked day-old rice
  • 1 cup chopped kimchi
  • 2 tablespoons kimchi juice
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 2 teaspoons shoyu
  • 2 eggs
  • Green onion and sesame seeds

Directions

  1. Warm sesame oil in a large pan over medium heat.
  2. Add kimchi and cook for 2 minutes.
  3. Stir in rice, kimchi juice, and shoyu until hot.
  4. Fry eggs in a separate pan.
  5. Serve rice with egg, green onion, and sesame seeds.
