Ingredients
- 1 can coconut milk
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup cornstarch
- Pinch of salt
Directions
- Whisk coconut milk, water, sugar, cornstarch, and salt in a saucepan.
- Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly.
- When the mixture thickens and looks glossy, cook 1 more minute.
- Pour into a square pan and smooth the top.
- Chill at least 2 hours, then cut into squares.
